By Sam Garchik Johnson County's John Deeth just prioritized 13 presidential caucuses, ranking the 1976 Democratic and 1980 Republican selections as the top of all time. This year could be like 92, or another year if the gov does not do well. it will be interesting to see who actually shows up in Iowa over the next 13 months.
