The Emma Goldman Clinic will be celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade at its annual fundraiser, the Choice Dinner, to be held on Saturday, January 26, 2008 from 6-9pm in the second floor Ballroom of the Iowa Memorial Union. Tickets are $50, $25 for students, those living on lower incomes, and seniors. Proceeds will go to the deProsse Access Fund which provides financial subsidies for women living on lower incomes seeking abortion services. RSVP deadline is Tuesday, January 22. This year's keynote speaker is Judy Norsigian, the Executive Director of the Boston Women's Health Book Collective, the writers, editors and publishers of Our Bodies, Ourselves.
